Introducing Reminders in the adeus Digital Vault

A smarter way to stay on top of Life Admin – and protect the people you care about

Most of us have a handful of important dates we intend to remember: the end of a fixed-rate mortgage deal, when our passport expires, the annual renewal for home insurance, or that streaming subscription we meant to cancel months ago. But life gets busy, and renewal dates have a habit of slipping through the cracks.

To make everyday life admin easier, we’ve added Reminders to the adeus Digital Vault.

How Reminders Work

When you add an item to your Digital Vault – whether it’s a loan, mortgage, utility bill, subscription, visa, passport, or anything else that has an expiry or renewal date – you can now include the date it’s due to expire.

From there, we do the rest:

• Email reminders arrive ahead of time, giving you space to renew important documents, avoid late payment fees, or shop around for a better deal.

• A reminder notification appears behind the bell icon in your Vault. Click it and you’ll jump straight to that record so you can review the details instantly.

And if you’d like help setting things up or understanding how reminders work, just ask Ady, our AI chatbot. She’s in the bottom-right corner of every adeus page and can guide you through different features, answer all of your questions, and even give you short guided tours.
